Deb Lohnes has been a proud member of the Town of Hoosick Rescue Squad since 1992 and currently serves as Assistant Chief. She brings decades of healthcare experience as a respiratory therapist with Southwestern Vermont Medical Center, where she has worked for over 38 years. In addition to her hospital role, Deb is an Advanced EMT with THRS. She is passionate about education, community involvement, and the squad life, always bringing her knowledge and dedication to the team and the people we serve.

Jack Kervin is the Chief of Operations for the Town of Hoosick Rescue Squad. He joined the squad in July 2024 as a paid EMT and quickly advanced through leadership roles before being appointed Chief in April 2025. Along the way, he earned his Advanced EMT certification. Jack is a dedicated volunteer leader who brings energy, professionalism, and a drive for excellence to THRS every day.

Jenny Scarpulla is a proud member of the Town of Hoosick Rescue Squad, where she serves as Secretary and 2nd Assistant Chief. Known to many as the “emu lady,” Jenny is an entrepreneur, owner of Scarp Farm and Juniper Jill Cannabis Co. She is also a licensed physical therapist and is deeply involved in the local community. Jenny and her husband, Mike, ride at the squad on a weekly basis, bringing their dedication and passion for service to the team and the people we care for.
